San Diego Family Justice Center

This year I began working with the San Diego Family Justice Center on revamping their outreach materials. The SDFJC is a unique and safe place where survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking are are provided a variety of services through a network of specialists and offices that handle almost anything you can think of for someone in this situation. Here are some samples of the mailers, flyers, and informationals that we’ve been working on during the pandemic.

#MyVoteIsEssential

As the 2020 election grew closer, one campaign  I worked on quickly was the #MyVoteIsEssential Campaign. Due to new daily restrictions the materials were mostly digital, with just a few physical pieces and some animations to help get people—especially Essential Workers—fired up about taking part in their future and their and importance in the political process.

CPI Time Theft Report

Annually the Center for Policy Initiatives crunches the big numbers and does the deep math to figure out exactly where San Diegans workers are in terms of their employment, living standards, wages, and needs in comparison to other industries, regions, and timeframes. This gives the policy makers and people the information they need to address issues such as urban inequality, working poverty, lack of access, racial disparity, and educational concerns. Here’s the report I created just prior to the pandemic as a tool in this process.
