The Gritty: Last year Dr. Greg Harriman contacted me with a very specific request: "Wow" him with a logo and web site that would place him among competitors and attract future collegues with a simple, straight-forward interface. Beginning with the branding direction for his start-up, we developed a fresh, precise logo design that easily informed the style and tone of the rest of the project.
Keeping the message concise and the goal in mind, the site was created using clean HTML5—the newest iteration of the internet's main rendering language—allowing for greater forward compatibility, mobile applications, and the latest Javascript and rendering technologies.
