Opening in December of 2007, BellaVista Trattoria has quickly become one of the most successful restaurants in Wilmington, Delaware. Over one months time, I worked diligently with the proprietor/architect and her team to create an array of identity materials in preparation for opening day. You name it, I created it: full logo development, awning signage, pylon signange, store front window signage, vinyl banners, stationery, menus, advertisements, gift certificates, t-shirt designs and an upcoming site and e-newsletter campaign to launch this summer. I was initially approached by Dr. Ted Eisenberg to develop a high-end website to use in tandem with other online marketing initiatives he had in mind. Quickly this relationship developed into a full-scale identity project consisting of stationery materials, direct mailers, brochures, and road side billboards along major arteries coming and going from Downtown Philadelphia. Recently, I worked with Dr. Ted to develop a 24-slide PowerPoint presentation for a Global Plastic Surgery Conference in Dubai, which went off with great success. The Meditation Initiative is a San Diego-based non-profit organization focused on bringing non-secular meditation and meditative practices to inner city schools, hospitals, hospices, nursing homes, rehabs, and prisons. I worked with them on a pro-bono basis, creating for them a multi-facted logo, letterhead, banners, Facebook Fan Page, E-newsletter template using MailChimp, a Blog powered by Blogger, Google Calendar, and Paypal Donation capabilities—managed by Jeff himself—all connected to The Meditation Initiative website, which is detailed here.
